1. General Usage

You get a lifetime license to use Jobster on up to 4 domains for unlimited period of time:

Beginner License – 1 domain
Webmaster License – 2 domains
Developer License – 3 domains
Entreprenuer License – 4 domains

2. Guarantee

Jobster Theme is guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and options configuration of the theme within the latest WordPress platform. We cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with 3rd party plugins, other then the ones that come bundled with the theme. If for some reason the theme is not working properly, report the issue to our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the problem in a timely manner.

3. Support & Updates License

Depending on the license you purchased, you will receive free support and updates for 1.5/3/6/12 months. After this period is over, you will be able to extend it for the exact same term at 20% of the original license price:

Beginner license 45 days support/updates extensions @ $19.60
Webmaster license 3 months support/updates extensions @ $70
Developer license 6 months support/updates extensions @ $139.80
Entrepreneur license 12 months support/updates extensions @ $240

Note: Should your support & updates license expire, you will be able to continue to use Jobster, at then current version, for unlimited period of time.

4. Support Services

Support includes rectifying issues arising from Jobster Theme features, bug fixes and basic usage questions. We do not provide support for the use or issues arising from the use of 3^rd party plugins, other then the ones that come bundled with the theme; troubleshooting issues occurring in versions of Internet Explorer older than version 9; WordPress itself; or customization. Questions and inquiries should be directed to our support center.

We are unable to provide support that requires us to view websites with questionable content. Such content includes, but is not limited to, pornography, prostitution, racist content, possible scams, etc.

Business hours: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM CEST (GMT+2). Support requests are answered in the order they were received.

5. Theme Installation & Configuration Service

Webmaster, Developer and Entreprenuer license holders can request free Jobster theme installation and configuration, while Beginner license holders may purchase installation and configuration service for the price of $35.

Theme installation & configuration is generally completed within 48 hours from receiving installation request via our support center. Service includes Jobster Theme installation and configuration as per our demo website.

Theme installation & configuration service does not include the creation of pages, posts, jobs, requests, navigation items or any other content. It does not include any customizations or changes to the theme code. Theme Setup Service should not be used for established websites with existing content.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for digital product sales, customization work (including app compile service), or support & updates renewal fees. All sales are final. If there is an issue regarding the theme, we will address the problem. Unfortunately, there is no effective way for us to both combat fraud and issue refunds. We will be happy to answer questions regarding our theme before your purchase to insure it will meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Licensing

Jobster theme is sold under a split license. This means that we as authors protect our rights and freedom to respect (and comply with) the GPL, as well as to control our own work.

Jobster Theme License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Jobster Theme) you have purchased.

You are licensed to use the Item to create up to four (4) End Products (website/marketplace) for yourself or for a single client. You can create one End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.

You can modify or manipulate the Jobster Theme code. You can combine the Jobster Theme with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

You can’t re-distribute Jobster Theme as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with Jobster Theme on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify Jobster Theme. You can’t re-distribute or make available Jobster Theme as-is or with superficial modifications.

Although you can modify Jobster Theme and therefore delete unwanted components, you can’t extract and use a single component of Jobster Theme on a stand-alone basis.

You can only use Jobster Theme for lawful purposes. Moreover, you can’t use it in a way that is defamatory, obscene or demeaning, or in connection with sensitive subjects.

8. Theme Compatibility

Currently Jobster Theme is designed and developed to function properly with WordPress 4.0 and higher. It is our job to make sure Jobster theme is up to date with the latest versions of WordPress. We cannot guarantee it will work properly on older installations of WordPress. We cannot guarantee 100% compatibility of our theme with bundled third party software and plugins. If a conflict does arise, we will do our best resolve the issue. Moreover, we cannot guarantee Jobster Theme will function correctly after modification to the code, or a failure to install the theme or WordPress properly. Jobster Theme is not compatible with the WordPress.com blogging community or WordPress multisite installations. It is developed for individual installations of the WordPress platform.

9. iOS and Android apps

Entreprenuer License holders receive free app source code. They are entitled to customize, compile and publish the apps utilizing our source code. Otherwise, a $530 fee applies if you want us to compile the apps, which will include logo, domain and splash screen customization, as well as publishing service for both apps (you are required to have your own iTunes and Google PlayStore accounts).

Webmaster and Developer License holders can purchase 1 iOS and 1 Android app package at the price of $620. It will include app source code, logo, domain and splash screen customization, compile and publishing service for both iOS and Android apps (you are required to have your own iTunes and Google PlayStore accounts).

You are entitled to additional iOS and Android apps up to the maximum number of installations allowed with your license.

iOS and Android apps include 12 months of free source code updates. After the initial 12 months period of support and updates is over, you will be able to extend it for the exact same term at price of $124 for Webmaster and Developer License holders, while Entreprenuer license holders will receive free app source updates as long as they keep renewing their Entreprenuer (support and updates) license.
